My name is Taylor Johns, and I’m the founder of Mickella Safety Consulting. For over 10 years, I’ve worked in the construction and transportation industries, helping companies manage risk, improve safety performance, and navigate complex regulatory requirements.
My experience includes supporting civil construction, excavation, utilities, infrastructure, trucking, industrial operations, and large-scale construction projects. Unlike many consultants who spend most of their time in an office, my background is built in the field—working directly with crews, supervisors, project managers, and company leadership to solve real-world safety challenges.
